Legal / privacy
Privacy & cookies.
The short version: this site does not track you. No analytics, no advertising cookies, no third-party fonts.
Last updated: 2 November 2026.
Who is responsible
This website is a personal site operated by Marcello Carletti, based in Rome, Italy. For any privacy question, write to marcello@carletti.work.
What this site does not do
- It does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
- It does not set cookies in your browser.
- It does not load fonts, scripts, or images from third-party advertising or analytics services.
- It does not sell or share personal data.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process technical request data — such as your IP address, browser information, and the requested URL — to serve the site and protect it from abuse. This is standard hosting infrastructure, not advertising. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If you contact me by email, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. I use that data only to reply and to manage the conversation. I do not add you to a newsletter or share your message with third parties.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in responding to a request, or the steps needed to enter into a contract if we discuss work together. I keep correspondence only for as long as it is useful for that purpose.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (Regulation 679/16) and Italian law, you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can also object to processing or ask for a copy of the data you provided. Write to marcello@carletti.work and I will respond within the legal timeframe.

Changes
If the site starts using a service that changes this picture — for example, cookieless analytics or a contact form — this page will be updated before the change goes live.
